Goodfire says its monitor for AI agents costs $51 for 1,500 sessions

In tests, the monitor found 94% of malicious hacking sessions but sent 8.7% of safe sessions for a check.

Goodfire is a company that looks at the inner work of AI models. On Thursday it released a monitor that reads the data in a model while the model works. Users of Baseten can use this monitor. In tests on the Kimi K3 model, Goodfire says 1,500 sessions cost about $51 with the monitor. A different AI model that checks each step cost $233. One more AI model that checks each step cost about $10,000.
