Meta launched the AI agent Muse as a safe alternative to OpenClaw. A researcher then found a zero-day vulnerability that could give an attacker control of Muse. Meta patched it. Meta can continue to access the data of the user, and Meta can train models on this data by default. At the end of September, OpenAI said that its new agent Dots sets a new standard for privacy.
