A pilot added hundreds of millions of pages to the OpenAI index
The pilot used only about 1% of the network of Cloudflare.
Cloudflare and OpenAI started a pilot in July. Cloudflare reports that signals from its network helped the crawler of OpenAI find pages that it did not know. The search index of OpenAI holds these pages, and ChatGPT can use them as sources.
