Signal president says Muse puts the data of contacts at risk
Meta says Muse uses public information and the data that the user gives to it.
The Muse agent of Meta asks the user to give it access to bank accounts, passwords, contacts and chat logs. Meredith Whittaker is the president of the Signal Foundation. Whittaker says this also exposes the data of all persons in contact with the user. Meta says the user can select privacy options with an opt-in process.
