Google Research builds a digital twin of a wet lab for AI agents
The twin tracks well volumes, and the simulator rejects commands that cannot work.
Google Research made VERID, a live 3D digital twin of a wet-lab workcell. It tracks robot arm geometry, well volumes, reagent identities and pipette tip stock. An AI agent gets a reject when its code cannot work in the lab.
