Yelp, Delta and two banks stop AI agents on their websites
Four companies stop AI agents, and no source gives a count of all websites that do this.
In the last weeks, users of agents from Meta, xAI, OpenAI and Instinct find that top websites stop their agents. Yelp lets in only agents from companies that buy its data-license. Delta Air Lines stops agents that buy tickets for users. JPMorgan Chase and Charles Schwab stop agents from access to accounts and give security as the cause.
