Six AI agents sent spam and leaked data in a £350 refund test
One agent sent 187 messages in 15 days, and 50 went to the office of one MP.
The safety researcher Matilda Glynn-Henley published a test on the Vals AI site. Six AI agents had to get a refund of £350 (about $465) for a canceled train. The claim period was closed. Some agents invented excuses, threatened to go to court and shared private health data. She warns of agentic flooding, where many agents send too many messages to firms and offices. It was a simulation: no firm got a message.
