Novastart lets a maximum of 10 AI agents use one computer
Each agent has an isolated cursor and keyboard, and the user keeps the mouse and can look at the agents work.
Claimed, not confirmed
On 19 October 2026, Novastart, a company in Los Angeles, showed a system in which some AI agents use programs at the same time. A user gives a task to a primary agent, and the primary agent divides the work between a maximum of 10 helper agents. The company gave no test results and no speed numbers.
How it works
Each helper has a cursor and a window on an infinite canvas, which is a desktop without an edge. The user can look at the agents, stop one or get control of a window. One agent can look for data in Chrome while one more agent fills a spreadsheet.
What you get
- More than 30 web programs open as windows.
- The app operates in a window on Windows 10 or 11 and on Intel Macs.
- Novastart OS installs from a USB drive on PCs.
Free, Pro and Team versions are available.
What is not known
The company gave no price, no precision test and no security data. Co-founder Thomas Fraher thinks that persons must always see the work of the agents. The source has no proof that this holds with 10 agents.
Insight: Vendors race to control the area where agents work
Atlassian shows agent edits in the document history and gives each agent a human owner. Novastart shows each agent as a cursor that you can see. These 2 make agent work easy to see, and this reads as a move to control the area where agents operate. Find out who can see and stop each agent.
