Sunnies gets ¥50 million and adds a control tool for AI agents

The price is ¥3,980 for each person each month, and each AI agent has an owner and set limits.

Claimed, not confirmed

Sunnies operates the password manager Privaco. On the 20th, it said that it got ¥50 million in a seed round. The company also launched a new tool for AI agents. The tool puts the agents in the same system as employees, and the company manages them in one system. The company gave no test results.

How it works

AI Workforce Control gives each agent an owner, roles and a status of use. Teams set the services and permissions for each agent. A workflow can have a step for human approval for important work. Records show who or which agent did each task, and when.

The numbers

The price is ¥3,980 for each person each month, with 2,000 request slots for AI agents. A 30-day free trial is available. In November 2024, the company got a total of ¥33 million.

What is not known

The source gives no number of agents that one company can operate. It does not tell how the tool enforces the limits. The company says it will use the money for work on the tool, for sales and for partnerships. The investors are HAKOBUNE and Hiroshima Venture Capital.

Insight: Agents now get the same access rules as employees

A new tool puts agents and humans in one system. On 13 October 2026, Workday said that each agent follows the same limits as the person who uses it. It also will add C1.ai to remove access that is not necessary. This reads as a move to hold the access system for agents. The first system that companies use can set the limits.
