Adobe puts its marketing agent in ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot

Adobe says its CX Enterprise Coworker agent is available in AI platforms from Anthropic, Databricks, Google, OpenAI and Microsoft.

On 4 November 2026, Adobe announced that CX Enterprise Coworker is available in ChatGPT as a plugin, in Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business and Microsoft Copilot. Adobe makes software for content and customer experience and says it serves more than 20,000 brands. The agent helps marketers plan campaigns and tune customer journeys. Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake are to follow.

How it works

The agent uses MCP and Agent2Agent, two open standards for agent connections. Adobe also made connectors for Amazon Ads, Meta campaigns, Microsoft Work IQ, Snowflake and others. A marketer can use one command to get data and do tasks in some systems. Adobe says humans supervise the work.

The proof

Adobe gave no test results, no prices and no customer numbers. Quotes come from Adobe, Google and Microsoft managers, and they give no proof. Nine system integrators and six agencies use the agent.

What is not known

The source does not say what it costs or how the partner platforms limit it. Adobe calls the agent the leading one in its field and gave no proof.

Insight: Adobe goes to the platforms that its users open

Adobe goes into the AI platforms of its rivals and does not tell marketers to come to Adobe. IBM added a gateway to control agents from other firms, and MCP is in a neutral foundation. This looks like a play to stay the tool that agents use, because the agent platform can own the user. Vendors that are not in those platforms can not see the user.
