Swedish startup Strawberry launches its AI browser for business teams

Strawberry lets workers who cannot write code make AI agents in a browser. Plans are from free to $250 for each month.

Strawberry, a startup in Stockholm, Sweden, has taken its AI browser out of beta. Workers who cannot write code make agents for tasks such as sales, recruitment and customer help. The company calls them companions. The team has 12 persons. The company got $6 million in October 2025 and says its agents operate on the device of the user.

How it works

Strawberry puts the AI in the browser, where the logins and tools of a team are open. It works with different AI models. The company says its agents operate on the device of the user. It says this suits European demands for control of data. The work of an agent is shared with the full business.

The numbers

The company gave no test results. It gives these plans, by use of credits:

  • Free plan.
  • $20 for each month.
  • $85 for each month.
  • $250 for each month.

Lovable uses it to find engineers. Charles Maddock, the chief executive, says agents can work for weeks in a row at this time.

What is not known

The company gave no number of customers who pay. Maddock says it competes with large agent platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude. It plans to get more money when it grows in Europe and the United States.

Insight: The browser is where agents and fraud tools meet

Strawberry says a browser is where the logins of a team live. A report of 20 October 2026 tells that other browsers let AI operate thousands of accounts with incorrect device signals. This reads as a race for the browser: the same area helps an agent work and hide who it is. Leaders must check which logins an agent can use.
