Marble raises $3.75M to teach AI agents on how staff work
Marble says its agent cut the time for each case by 90% at a US firm in finance. It gave no test data.
Marble Cognition is a startup in Munich, Germany, founded at the end of 2025. It raised $3.75 million. Heartcore and Seedcamp led the investors together. Marble records how teams work in work apps. It then makes AI agents that do the procedure. It did not share a value for the company. The money pays for more AI use, more engineers in Munich and a start in the US.
How it works
A desktop app records screen work in work apps and makes a map of the procedure that AI can read. Marble then makes a Coworker, its name for an agent. It does the procedure in the tools that the team uses at this time. Staff can step in where a decision is necessary.
The numbers
Marble says 90% of primary procedures in its customer companies are in inboxes, in spreadsheets and in the heads of staff. The 90% cut in time comes from Marble. No external test is given. Customers include EGYM, Mutares and Enam.
What is not known
Marble says it removes data of persons, records only work apps and lets staff turn it off. But German law gives works councils, which are staff bodies, a say in systems that monitor staff. The EU AI Act calls such systems high risk. The first works council will show if the steps are sufficient.
Insight: Investors pay for the record of how work is done
Heartcore says models are a commodity. It says the most important input is an accurate record of how work is done. Skan AI raised $63 million and Interloom $16.5 million for the same layer. This reads as a move to own that record, because the firm that holds it possibly selects which agents get the work. Leaders must find out which data a vendor keeps when they stop.
